Relax in our stunning 17-story atrium lobby while you enjoy a glass of Californian wine, and watch as our chefs prepare your fabulous cuisine in our demonstration kitchen with an authentic Italian pizza oven. Chef Nick Crane has created a unique and enticing menu featuring dishes inspired by Italy's Tuscan region, using locally sourced California products, as well as ingredients from our Chef's rooftop herb garden. The TusCA atmosphere is warm and inviting, and provides the perfect setting for an extraordinary dinner any evening.
